Empowering groups through Creative facilitation
Creative Facilitation is the use of a range of innovative tools and approaches to help groups think and work collaboratively in addressing a challenge and exploring practical and appropriate ways forward. In this approach I use a lot of visualisation methods including murals, problem-posing cartoons and graphic recording to capture learning and insights . Assignments have included facilitating discussion around knife crime in London, drivers of international migration, experiences of human trafficking and exploitation in the UK.
Creative facilitation training and support to strategic events has been commissioned by INTRAC, UCC (University College Cork) , Oak foundation , World Vision, Tearfund , CAFOD, Christian Aid. Oxfam , World Relief, Irish Aid, Concern Worldwide , Acord, Kimmage College Dublin, HelpAge International
